My name is James and I built PlentyofJobs.com™ for the small businesses that have small budgets with big ideas and the Job Seekers, as they will find more jobs from all sizes and types of businesses here.  Not just the ones with the big budgets.  I have many years of "front line" staffing industry experience. I have helped both candidates find jobs and employers find talent.  I found that small businesses couldn’t afford the same tools and functionalities found on the traditional large expensive sites, until now.

PlentyofJobs.com provides services and functionality comparable to, or better than traditional big jobs boards, at prices that are even better than classified ads.   While the classified ad sites appeal to small businesses, they are unable to provide the level of services, functionality, or distinctiveness of big job boards. At the same time, big board pricing shuts out small businesses.  PlentyofJobs.com is different.

It is cost-friendly to both small businesses as well as large enterprises.  PlentyofJobs.com was created to level the playing field for the small businesses of the world, by providing them with a great price-value relationship, for their posting needs of 1-5 jobs.  You know the “Mom 'n Pops" and other small businesses (where 80% of job creation occurs).  But, because PlentyofJobs.com is scalable to fit the budget of any business, you will find larger companies are here also.  Larger employers have found us to be a very cost effective resource.  In order to accommodate their posting volumes, our integration with eQuest™ gives our larger employers and staffing companies the ability to deliver multiple jobs with a single click.
